Cancellation Policy

At AmpGuruX Technologies, we strive to fulfill your orders promptly. However, we understand that there may be instances where an order needs to be canceled. Please review our cancellation terms below.

🕒 Before Dispatch

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch or import initiation (within 1–48 hours of placing the order)

• A 100% refund will be provided in the form of a store credit/coupon code which can be used for future purchases

• To request cancellation, email us at info@ampgurutechnologies.com with your order number

🚚 After Dispatch/Import Initiation

• Once the order is dispatched or import process has started, cancellation will not be possible

• Products are procured specifically against customer orders, hence cancellations post-shipping are not accepted

📦 Refusal to Accept Delivery

• If a customer refuses to accept the shipment during delivery, no refund will be issued

• Repeated refusal may lead to restrictions on future orders

💳 Transaction Fee on Cancellation

• If a customer cancels an order before dispatch and requests a monetary refund, a 2% deduction will apply to cover bank transaction charges
